Carrefour has launched a new store at Runda Mall in Nairobi County, bringing its total number of outlets to 25 in the country and marking a key milestone in its national expansion strategy.
The outlet offers self-checkout services, making it the fifth Carrefour outlet in Kenya to introduce this feature.
Majid Al Futtaim Regional Director Christophe Orcet highlighted the store’s role in catering to community needs and supporting economic growth through job creation and modern retail.
This comes a month after Carrefour opened a new store at the Nord Mall in Ruiru, Kiambu County, bringing its number of outlets to 24 nationwide as part of its expansion in Nairobi’s satellite towns.
The outlet has a diverse range of consumer goods, home appliances, electronics, groceries, and fresh food.
