Image Registrars Ltd has appointed Victoria Cherotich as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
She takes over from Lawrence Kibet, the new Director General (DG) of Public Investments and Portfolio Management.
“The Board of Directors of Image Registrars Ltd (“the Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Victoria Cherotich as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company with effect from 1st April 2023,” Image Registrars Ltd Chairman George Njenga said.
Before that, she was the Director of Operations in the same organisation.
Cherotich boasts over fifteen years of experience in Financial Audits, Customer Experience Digital Transformation, Governance Advisory Services, Company Secretarial Services, Securities Registration and Project Management.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) Degree and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Nairobi.
“She is a Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Certified Sustainability Professional as well as a Certified Secretary, an Accredited Governance Auditor and Certified Public Accountant,” the Chairman said.
Image is a securities registrar and secretarial services provider in Kenya.
