African Management Institute Managing Director has been named the most influential person of African Decent(MIPAD) in the Global 100 Under 40 Class of 2023 under the Business and Entrepreneurship category by the MIPAD organization.

Speaking on Thursday during the event, Mweru said that the acknowledgement was due to her team's hard work and dedication.

“I am deeply honored and humbled to be one of the MIPAD honorees this year, this is a tremendous acknowledgment and a testament to the hard work and dedication of our team at the African Management Institute in advancing the cause of leadership and entrepreneurship in the African continent,” Mweru said.
