Uber has launched a new product, Uber Reserve, that allows customers to book their upcoming trips of upto 90 days in advance.

Further, the ride-hailing company has unveiled its mobility delivery product, Uber Package.

“We are thrilled to introduce Uber Reserve and Uber Package in Kenya,” said Imran Manji, Head of East Africa at Uber.

“These innovative products showcase our commitment to delivering solutions that enhance convenience, support local businesses, and create economic opportunities in Kenya.”

Uber Reserve enables users to schedule their transportation in advance, removing the risk of last-minute reservations and fostering a smooth and stress-free travel experience.

The product also features a reminder system that guarantees users are well-prepared for their upcoming journeys, providing ease and peace of mind.

Uber Package has been introduced to effectively and securely meet the delivery demands of both individuals and small companies.

To increase total delivery reliability, the product will have specially assigned drivers.

Consumers can select between Uber Package Moto, which allows for deliveries of small parcels on motorcycles, or Uber Package Car, which caters to dispatch large items through an Uber Chapchap vehicle.
