Kenya National Union of Teachers (KNUT) Secretary General Collins Oyuu is among five new members of the Kenya National Qualifications Authority (KNQA) appointed by Education Cabinet Secretary Ezekiel Machogu.
According to a gazette notice dated October 17, 2023, others include ; Executive Director of the Federation of Kenya Employers (FKE) Jacqueline Mugo, and Commission for Higher Education in Kenya (CUE) Chief Executive Officer Prof. Mike Kuria.
Technical and Vocational Training Authority Director General Dr. Kipkirui Langat, and Director of Quality Assurance at the Ministry of Education Everline Owoko.
The CS stated that the five appointees will serve in the State agency for a period of three years, beginning October 19, 2023.
