Renowned Kenyan media personality Smriti Vidyarthi excitedly shared with her fans today that she has secured a new position in radio.
The dynamic journalist, well-known for her role as an anchor at the Nation Media Group's NTV, will now be expanding her portfolio to include work at the company's radio station, Nation FM.
Starting today, Smriti Vidyarthi will take on the role of anchoring news bulletins at the station. However, this will exclusively be on Mondays, both at 5 PM and 7 PM.

In addition to her anchoring duties on radio, she also revealed that she will be working as a producer.
The accomplished journalist enthusiastically announced on her Instagram account that she made her debut at the station today. Her joy was palpable, especially considering it had been quite some time since she last worked in radio.
In her post, Smriti Vidyarthi revealed for the first time that she had actually specialized in radio during her Master's Degree, a fact previously unknown to many.
However, destiny guided her towards a career in television, where she undeniably excelled over the years, earning her place among the top female journalists in the country.

Smriti Vidyarthi embarked on her journalism career at K24 TV, assuming the role of a Business News Anchor,'" she stated.
However, in 2008, she transitioned to NTV and has been serving as a prime time news anchor up to the present day. Additionally, at the station, she takes on the role of hosting the NTV Wild Talk show, which centers on Wildlife and Conservation.
