Phyllis Nzula, the main suspect in the murder of late Mlolongo salonist Jennifer Mwende Musila, pleaded not guilty to the charge.
This comes after she underwent a mental examination to determine whether she was mentally stable enough to stand trial.
The suspect appeared before Machakos High Court Judge Margaret Muigai, who also ordered that the files of the other two suspects be merged because they were all charged with the same offense.
