A man was on Tuesday arrested after he was found ferrying more than 30 slaughtered donkeys to Nairobi’s Kayole in Marura village in Kamahoha, Murang’a County.
The donkey meat was discovered as the residents were helping push a van ferrying some of the meat from the house after it got stuck in the mud.
According to Maragua Assistant Police Commissioner Gitonga Murungi, the residents suspect this has been happening for some time now.
