At least 47 people were injured when their bus veered off the road and landed in a ditch along the Londiani - Muhoroni Road in Kericho County.
According to the Kenya Red Cross, the 47 were rushed to the Fort Tenan Sub County Hospital with the assistance of the Kericho County government.
Seven other passengers on the bus were unharmed.
The police have since cleared the scene of the accident.
