Google Storage subscribers will now begin paying an additional Kes 400 to Kes 2,500 to access more space.
In a statement, Google said the hike will apply to users under the Google One 100-GB plan.
Further, they will also be charged taxes on top.
“You’ll automatically be charged the subscription price (plus any taxes) to the payment method provided until you cancel. Your price may change again as described in the Google Play Terms of Service.”
“Customers have an option to stop or renew the subscription,” Google added
