At least sixteen people were injured in a collision on the Narok-Bomet route on Sunday night.
According to the National Police Service (NPS), a head-on collision between a matatu and a lorry resulted in six serious injuries and ten minor ones.
The injured were taken to Narok County Referral Hospital for treatment. NPS officers from Ololulunga Police Station are investigating the accident scene.
The event comes after another fatal accident in Bomet on Sunday when a boda boda and a private vehicle collided.

The boda boda rider died on the spot, according to Sotik sub-county police officer Andrew Muturi, while the pillion passenger he was carrying perished while being taken to Kaplong hospital.
One of the Probox occupants was injured and is currently being treated at Kaplong Hospital.
