Education Cabinet Secretary Ezekiel Machogu says 4,113 Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) candidates were involved in examination irregularities.
Speaking during the release of the national examination results on Monday, Machogu stated that of these 4 cases which involved impersonation were resolved.
He stated that the other 4,009 cases will be resolved within twenty days.
A total of 899,453 candidates undertook the examinations with 450,554 being male while 448,899 were female.
A total of 1,216 candidates scored an A grade, 201,133 students attained a C+ and above, 526,222 got a D+ and above and 48,174 scored an E.
