Nairobi County Governor Johnson Sakaja is set to deliver the annual State of the County address on Thursday afternoon.
The County Assembly Speaker, Kennedy Ng’ondi, informed assembly members and the public that the address will commence at 2:30 pm in the County Assembly Chamber.
Governor Sakaja is expected to outline the accomplishments of his administration and lay out the future agenda for the county during the address.
This comes at a time when a section of Nairobi leaders led by Senator Edwin Sifuna continue to criticize the first-term Governor for his alleged mismanagement of county affairs since taking office.
