Six people have been confirmed dead after being involved in a road accident in the Silanage area along the Narok-Mulot road in Narok County.
According to police, the fatal accident saw a Subaru Forester colliding head-on with a Toyota Sienna while trying to overtake.
Police say that the Sienta, carrying six passengers, was heading towards Mulot while the Subaru was heading towards Narok.
"Upon reaching at the scene of the accident, the vehicles collided head-on when Subaru Forester tried to overtake another motor vehicle.”
Further, the police report indicated that all six occupants of the Sienta died on the spot, while the Subaru driver sustained minor injuries.
