Three more bodies were retrieved from Mathare River in Nairobi County on Thursday morning, bringing the death toll to 13.
The three comprised the bodies of two men and a female teenager.
Starahe police boss Fred Abuga said a joint search operation led by the Nairobi County Government and the Kenya Red Cross is ongoing.
Further, ten bodies were on Wednesday retrieved from the river following heavy rains witnessed in Nairobi on Tuesday evening.
Abuga at the time, said eight people were unaccounted for.
