A 24-year-old lady has died while five others are nursing serious injuries after a matatu rammed into a trailer in the Molo area on Sunday morning.
According to the truck driver, both vehicles were heading towards Eldoret.
Upon reaching Jolly Farm in Molo, the driver of the matatu belonging to Sifa Line Company tried to overtake the trailer before ramming into its rear.
Traffic police officers rushed to the scene and towed the vehicles to Molo police station.
The body of the deceased was moved to the Molo sub-county hospital morgue as five others continue to receive treatment.
