Police in Nairobi County are investigating an incident where a Japanese woman collapsed and died in her house in Ndonyo Park apartment in the Spring Valley area.
According to police, the woman, Yoshimo Saito, was with her husband when the incident happened on Sunday night.
She collapsed in her sitting room while her husband was studying.
The husband told police he heard the woman scream, and when he rushed to check what was happening, he found her holding her chest.
She complained of pain, prompting the man to administer first aid on her as he called for an ambulance to take her to the hospital.

The ambulance arrived, and medics confirmed she had died.
Police were called to the scene and cleared it before the body was moved to the mortuary pending autopsy and investigations.
