Ben Affleck was absent from Jennifer Lopez's family-free trip to Italy this week, which coincides with her marital and professional issues back home in the United States.
See this image/video, which TMZ was able to obtain, of J Lo at a hotel in Positano on Wednesday. She was accompanied by a few friends as they navigated a line of sun loungers, descended a set of stairs toward the water, and eventually boarded a boat.
Here, Jennifer looked put together for her summer vacation, sporting a tiny yellow bandeau top with matching printed shorts and shirt. She really looks great in this picture.

She seems content and at ease in these photos, not to mention fit and bronzed, so it appears that the sun was also doing her some good. As previously mentioned, there is no sign of Ben for this outing, and the same is true for her children, so it would seem that Jen is relaxing with her friends.
Naturally, we've seen them spend time together during this difficult time, and although they've appeared friendly in public, there haven't been any indications of PDA or that things are improving.
