The Kenya Urban Roads Authority (KURA) has announced that a section of Ngong Road will be closed from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday, June 30th, to facilitate the installation of a footbridge.
In a notice on Wednesday, KURA Director General Engineer Silas Kinoti said that the affected section is at Coptic Hospital, and motorists urged to exercise caution as they approach the area.
Further, motorists from Prestige Plaza and Daystar University roundabout have been advised to seek alternative routes.
"Traffic police and traffic marshalls will be on-site to guide motorists and ensure smooth flow of traffic," he said.
