Business community members and traders have chased away protesters who were attempting to hold demonstrations in downtown Nairobi's Central Business District.
This follows looting and vandalism witnessed during the anti-finance bill protests on Tuesday.

Looters took advantage of the demonstrations and ransacked mobile phone, clothes, and shoe shops for the better part of the afternoon.
Several suspects have been arrested as teargas lobbed on small crowds along various city streets.
