In Marseille on July 7, 2024, amidst celebrations on the streets following the initial results of France's legislative election's second round, a veiled Muslim woman proudly holds a national flag. However, the atmosphere in France soured into violence and clashes overnight as rioters clashed with police following a surprise victory by the left-wing New Popular Front (NFP) in the parliamentary elections.

Meanwhile, thousands assembled at Place de la République in Paris to celebrate the unexpected victory of the country's left-wing party in the general elections. Initially, in the first round of elections, the right-wing National Rally (RN) had emerged victorious.

However, pro-Israelis have been posting dozens of posts on the X platform (formerly Twitter) calling for Jews to leave France immediately. Populor X user, Mossad Commentary wrote: "Get out of France while you can."

In addition, many pro-Israeli accounts also advised "Jews in France to leave immediately" following the victory of the New Popular Front (NFP) party.

On X account, Jean-Luc Mélenchon, the French far-left leader, said: "We will be able to decide many things by decree. On the international level, we will have to agree to recognize the State of Palestine."

The National Rally, led by Marine Le Pen, won 143 seats in the French election which was marked as a "disappointing" result for the party after it led the first round of voting last week.
