However, the atmosphere in France soured into violence and clashes overnight as rioters clashed with police following a surprise victory by the left-wing New Popular Front (NFP) in the parliamentary elections.

However, pro-Israelis have been posting dozens of posts on the X platform (formerly Twitter) calling for Jews to leave France immediately. Populor X user, Mossad Commentary wrote: "Get out of France while you can."

In addition, many pro-Israeli accounts also advised "Jews in France to leave immediately" following the victory of the New Popular Front (NFP) party.

On X account, Jean-Luc Mélenchon, the French far-left leader, said: "We will be able to decide many things by decree. On the international level, we will have to agree to recognize the State of Palestine."



The National Rally, led by Marine Le Pen, won 143 seats in the French election which was marked as a "disappointing" result for the party after it led the first round of voting last week.
