A man has been arrested and charged at the Milimani Law Courts after allegedly stealing Ksh106,526,597 from a bank.
Elias Kivuti Nyaga was accused of stealing funds from Family Bank between July 1, 2019, and November 25, 2021, while others did not appear in court.
Nyaga was also accused of handling stolen items.
He pled not guilty to all allegations before Milimani Senior Principal Magistrate Gilbert Shikwe and was freed on a Ksh. 6 million bail and a surety for the same amount.
The subject will be discussed on July 22, 2024.
