Police have arrested two men for trafficking 17 bales of bhang weighing 34 kilograms with an approximate street value of Kes 990,000 in Nairobi.
According to the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI), Clinton Ndede and Kelvin Sibukhu were nabbed at a bus station in Nairobi CBD en route to Kamulu from Budalangi.
“The two were nabbed moments after disembarking from a Guardian bus from Budalangi, Busia County just before they boarded a Super Metro shuttle en route to Kamulu where they reside,” stated the DCI.
Detectives said the duo was apprehended after anti-narcotics officers searched their luggage.
