A 36-year-old man committed suicide after a conflict with his employer in Masinga's Mwatungo neighborhood.
According to sources, the 36-year-old was just laid off from his post at the homestead, where he had worked for some time.
He reportedly returned to the property after being fired and set fire to a tractor, hay storage, and other structures on the estate.
Later, the herdsman's body was found hanging from one of the compound's trees.
Police officials from the Kithyoko police station are looking into the event as his body lays in the mortuary awaiting a postmortem.
