Jaza Supermarket has opened its 14th store at Greatwall in Athi River in Machakos County as part of an expansion drive to increase outlets in Nairobi and surrounding areas.
The low-cost retailer debuted in December 2023 with the inauguration of its flagship store in Buruburu, Nairobi.
Jaza Supermarket now has its presence in Nairobi, establishing ten additional stores in Gachie, Kayole Mihango, Kayole Soweto, Chokaa, Githurai 44, Imara, Pipeline, Utawala, Langata, and Mombasa Road.
“We are not in competition, we are changingthegame.The market is conforming and following our lead,” Willy Kimani, founder and director of Jaza Supermarkets.
The retailer also offers e-commerce services to customers through a WhatsApp platform.
