New video obtained by TMZ shows Isaac Freeman, better known as Fatman Scoop, walking shirtless around the stage before suddenly collapsing. Hamden Mayor Lauren Garrett shared on social media that Fatman Scoop was being transported to the hospital by ambulance, asking people to "please keep him in your thoughts and prayers."

It was a frightening scene at the Fatman Scoop concert, where he passed out onstage and required CPR, all of which was captured on video by TMZ. The legendary hip hop hype man was performing on Friday at Town Center Park in Hamden, Connecticut, when he appeared to experience a medical emergency.

Witnesses say Fatman Scoop collapsed and lost consciousness, prompting people to rush to his aid and administer CPR. Authorities confirmed they were dispatched for a medical emergency at 8:33 PM. The video shows medical personnel performing chest compressions on someone behind the DJ booth, with concertgoers identifying the person as Fatman Scoop.

The music abruptly stopped, and a hush fell over the crowd as murmurs spread about Fatman Scoop receiving CPR. The person who recorded the video reported seeing him collapse before he was taken away on a stretcher.

The cause of the incident remains unclear, but everyone is hoping for Fatman Scoop's recovery. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with numerous big names in hip hop, including Missy Elliott, Mariah Carey, and Jermaine Dupri.
