Police in Kakamega are looking for a 25-year-old man who hacked his father to death after a quarrel over a pig in the Shilalyo village of Shinyalu on Sunday night.
The dispute arose between the man and his grandfather after he arrived home and found his pig missing.
As the 49-year-old father of ten tried to separate them, his son hacked him on the head and fled.
The deceased’s body was taken to the Kakamega Referral Hospital.
