Detectives from Kenya’s Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) have arrested Fredrick Otieno Omondi, a suspect in the murder case of former Wells Fargo Human Resource Manager Willis Ayieko.

Omondi, a boda boda (motorcycle taxi) operator, is believed to have been instrumental in the planning and execution of Ayieko’s abduction and subsequent killing.

Police reports indicate that Omondi allegedly provided transportation for the main suspect, Victor Ouma (nicknamed "Sisco"), who was earlier apprehended in Dandora, Nairobi.

Authorities claim Omondi used his motorcycle to take Ouma to the location where Ayieko was abducted.

In a related development last week, another suspect in the case, Robert Okoth—reportedly Ouma's brother was fatally shot by police in Kisumu after allegedly resisting arrest.

The DCI is actively pursuing further leads to uncovering all the details surrounding Ayieko’s tragic death. The investigation remains ongoing.
