The Public Service Commission (PSC) has a request from the Kenyan Law Society (LSK) to confirm the legitimacy of creating the position of the Spouse to the Prime Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi.
In a letter, LSK President Eric Theuri requested the PSC to provide information about the legislative framework governing the Office's existence, the costs associated with doing so, and the benefits the Office provides to the general public.
If they do not receive the documents requested above within the next seven days, Theuri warned to dispute the Office's legitimacy.
Please note that if the material requested above is made available after the end of the time frame provided above, we will file a lawsuit challenging the Office's existence.
