President William Ruto has appointed former Soy member of parliament Caleb Kositany as the new Kenya Airports Authority (KAA) chairperson.
This comes after the President revoked the appointment of Isaac Owuondo through a gazette notice on March 15, 2023.
In a tweet by the Authority, TwKositany’s appointment, which took effect on March 17, is expected to lapse at the end of three years.

Further, the KAA authority expressed its gratitude to the outgoing chairman for his commitment to the growth of the Kenya Airports Authority.
KAA is mandated to maintain the country’s 16 airports and airstrips countrywide.
It also provides a facilitative infrastructure for aviation services between Kenya and the outside world.
