The lawyer said that IEBC doesn't belong to them alone. Recently, Miguna said Raila's planned protests and rallies are wasting time. Miguna claims that because Raila's army is slowly dying, there is no need to plan protests. He advises Raila to stop protesting and concentrate on monitoring what the administration is doing.
Miguna thinks that Raila should concentrate on keeping the Kenya Kwanza government on check. For the team to be able to monitor what is happening in each ministry, he has encouraged Raila to create a shadow cabinet.
Miguna has warned Raila that he risked never becoming president if he did not heed his advise. Additionally, he claimed that because Ruto has already secured his second term, Raila will only have a chance to win in 2032.
"My advice to Raila is that he now needs to be smart because his army is dying. He should come up with a shadow cabinet with each appointee tasked with a ministry to keep in check. This will help him to prepare for the 2032 elections," Miguna has said.
Miguna and Raila have been singing from different hymn sheets since Raila went into a handshake with Uhuru in 2018. Raila is working on a plan to give the Kenya Kwanza government trouble so that it performs for Kenyans.
