Former Kiambu Governor Ferdinand Waititu has been barred from disposing of assets and vehicles targeted by EACC in a Ksh—1.9 billion asset recovery complaint.
He supposedly obtained the assets above while serving as Kabete's MP. Two prime buildings on Biashara Street and a hotel on the same street are worth 662 million shillings.
Waititu was also ordered to submit the vehicles and log books within seven days or face seizure by the commission.
Waititu was also banned from selling seven motor vehicles valued at 24 million shillings until the case was resolved.
He was also barred from receiving revenue from Delta Hotel, the fourth defendant in the case.
