Archbishop Jackson Ole Sapit has asked the administration to rethink the delivery promises made during the campaign, saying it was time to be realistic about what could be accomplished.
"They made a lot of promises at the time, and we knew most of them were unrealistic." "If you followed Azimio and Kenya Kwanza's promises at the time, it was like whoever won by October, Kenya looked like a little heaven because the promises made it seem like everything was sorted out," he explained.
Sapit believes the government should now prioritize what promises it can keep and push those it can't.
"If we try to push to achieve what we promised when we know we have nothing to deliver on, you will break everyone's back." "You'll even break your back trying to make something happen that you know can't happen," he remarked.
