Charlene Ruto, daughter of President William Ruto, has urged Kenyans to engage in domestic travel and visit various locations across the nation to grow the industry.

Charlene made this statement while visiting Lake Bogoria in the Rift Valley region and savouring scrambled eggs from the hot springs.

With the aid of a guide, the first daughter was observed boiling the eggs, which she then consumed. "You missed out if you didn't do this while there. They were delicious. She said my favourite place to travel is and always will be Kenya.

Charlene has taken a prominent interest in charitable causes, including promoting environmental protection. Lake Bogoria is a well-known tourist destination thanks to its numerous hot springs. At least 200 are thought to be present.

Both domestic and foreign visitors throng the lake to take advantage of the springs for cooking and to observe the wildlife.

Potatoes and arrow roots are among the delicacies that are frequently cooked in the hot springs.
