The Jubilee Party leadership of EALA MP Kanini Kega has cancelled a special National Delegates Convention (NDC) scheduled for Saturday.
They postponed the meeting scheduled for the Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC) till next month.
Party's Deputy Secretary General Joshua Kutuny acknowledged the modification but added that a new time still needed to be set.
"The meeting has been rescheduled, and preparations are underway. In due course, we will issue the official communication in this regard. The members and delegates have already been informed, Kutuny told the Star.
According to Kutuny, the move was motivated by the ongoing legal dispute, and their attorneys would "interpret the recent High court order."
