According to Shanzu Senior Principal Magistrate Joe Omido, 41 Shakahola massacre survivors will likely face murder, manslaughter, and other terror-related charges.
Omido says investigations have revealed that 41 of the 65 people under investigation were involved in the mysterious deaths of children in the Shakahola massacre that has left at least 410 people dead.
The inquiries into the other people are still ongoing.
According to Jami, the 41 are either parents or grandparents of the missing children who are allegedly killed.
The 41, whose locations they could not verify, departed their houses for Shakahola with children between the ages of one and fourteen.

The 64 are being looked into for homicide or manslaughter, attempted suicide, cruelty and negligence towards children, failing to provide for basic needs without a valid reason, failing to take children to school, and radicalization.
The court was informed that the 28 women and 13 men belonged to the Paul Makenzie-affiliated Good News International Church.
Additionally, the detectives learned that most of them utilised aliases to present themselves.
Jami submitted an application asking for the separation and detention of the Shakahola massacre survivors at Shimo la Tewa prison.
He asserted that thorough inquiries had transformed them from victims to suspects.
Omido commanded the Tuesday appearance before the court of the 41 inmates held in the male and female jails at Shimo la Tewa.
The court will rule Tuesday on Jami's application to withdraw an attempted suicide charge earlier pressed against the 41.
However, the attempted suicide charge will remain with the 24 victims until further investigations.
