The billionaire posted late Thursday on the website X, which he acquired last year and was formerly known as Twitter, saying he had "just arrived in amazing Japan."
The CEO of Tesla and SpaceX paid a ceremonial visit to Japan in 2014 to announce his electric car manufacturer's full entry into the market there.
