Nancy Kigunzu, alias Mathe wa Ngara, now wants to know where the Ksh.13.4M she was found with was being kept.
Mathe wa Ngara claims, through her lawyers Danstan Omari and Cliff Ombeta, that the money is intended to be exhibited and should not have been seized by the state.
"The integrity of the proceedings in this matter are critical assets recovery is not a party to this case before you," they told the court.

"Who has custody of that exhibit?" her lawyers inquired.
In their response, the prosecution stated that the money was subject to forfeiture.
"We have documents to confirm the chain of custody, which will be deposited in court in due course, but not today," the prosecution stated.
Police said they confiscated the millions of drugs during a raid at a location thought to be Kigunzu's.
The Ksh.13.4 million was ordered by the High Court last Friday to be placed into the Assets and Recovery Agency's (ARA) preservation account at the Kenya Commercial Bank.
