Police have found twenty-six Ethiopian women held in an unfinished house in the Gitungano area in Murang’a County.
According to Citizen Digital, police responded to a tip. They went to Philip Munyua's homestead, where they discovered the foreigners between the ages of 22 and 32, along with their passports in the Monday night incident.
“They could not explain their motive and their destination due to language barrier,” reads a police report.
Police arrested Munyua and another man identified as David Kang’ori.
Further, police say twenty-six passports and 16 mobile phones were recovered in the incident, and the group was escorted to Murang'a Police Station for further investigations.
