Sharing what he termed as evidence that the four worked for Azimio, Nandi county Senator Samson Cherargei argue that the move by Raila Odinga to issue a press conference on the fate of the four dissenting commissioners is enough evidence that they were holding brief for him.
"Raila Odinga and Co. attending parliament on Juliana Cherera and Co. Hearing confirm they were working for Azimio-OKA, not Kenyans. Raila Odinga and co. urging them to boycott a constitutional process is very unfortunate and disdain towards the rule of law and democracy what hypocrisy from him and Co," he tweeted.
The senator was speaking about the defense that Raila Odinga had put in as far as the fate of the four commissioners was concerned. However, he said that the Kenya Kwanza administration should stop being vindicative of the four. Cherargei even argued that the supreme court did not find them of any wrongdoing, unlike the commission chairperson Wafula Chebukati.
