Justin Muturi, Cabinet Secretary for Public Service and Human Capital Development, has sparked debate on social media following recent remarks about his next political move. Speaking at a press conference, Muturi criticized the government’s handling of recent abduction cases.
He revealed that even his own son was abducted and later released by unknown individuals while he served as Attorney General. Despite the passage of time, Muturi stated that he has yet to receive any explanation for his son's abduction.

Muturi's Remarks have sparked a debate where some netizens on X platform have speculated that the CS might resign as he seems unhappy about the government he is serving. Others have speculated that he might join Gachagua as he might have realized that a large section Mt Kenya region supports the former DP.
Another section of Kenyans have developed the theory that Muturi's action is a calculated move to attempt to win back the hearts of Embu people as he allegedly plans to vie for the Embu gubernatorial seat in 2027.
