Former Kenya National Union of Teachers(KNUT) Secretary General Wilson Sossion has claimed that goons who invaded land owned by former president Uhuru Kenyatta's family in Ruiru could have been hired by Azimio.
Speaking on K24 on Tuesday, Sossopn said Azimio leaders could have been behind the invasion to justify statements they have been making about retaliation plans by Kenya Kwanza.
“If we try to argue on who invaded the Kenyatta farm, those could have been goons hired by the same Azimio to justify the statement they made,” Sossion said.
Additionally, he noted that the opposition gave the police Azimio “a hard time to protect property.”
“Azimio has chosen the route of anarchy. The end game in all this is not very clear,” he stated.

This follows a massive fire that erupted on the Kenyatta family's property in the Eastern Bypass in Ruiru, Kiambu county on Monday evening.
Several unknown people raided the Northlands farm hours earlier, vandalizing property of unknown worth.
They arrived at the property carrying power saws and cut down several trees, and they also stole hundreds of livestock from the farm.
According to reports, the gang obtained access to the land via the busy bypass from the Kamakis side before they started vandalizing the property.
The vast farmland hosts the Brookside Dairy and the famous Peponi School. The invasion's motive is unclear, and the perpetrators behind the attack are yet to be identified.
