After missing six matches due to a foot injury, Norway's Haaland is still not fully recovered from his injury, and Belgium's De Bruyne and Doku are too young for this match.
"Nothing has changed," responded Guardiola when asked about player availability on Friday.
"We have the same injuries plus John Stones."
Despite United's low standing in the league, they have shown some promising signs since Chris Wilder took over as manager.
Following a remarkably patchy run of results, fourth-place City's victory over Everton put them five points behind leaders Liverpool with a game remaining.
With the title race heating up, Guardiola anticipates a difficult afternoon on Saturday despite the Blades' lowly position.

"They made an incredible performance against Aston Villa. They were close to winning the game.
"It will be so, so tough, a bit like Crystal Palace. In the last games at home we couldn't get results, in terms of victories, so we will try to be focused on what we have to do."

When asked to summarize the previous year, Guardiola responded in a reserved manner.
