Fans were confused about when the striker started eying the barely legal woman. according to sources, the man first expressed interest in Aisha when she was just 16 years old but did not approach her as she was underage; he expressed his intentions for her to her uncles.

Tamba claims to have had the support of the Senegalese footballers throughout her education. Mrs. Mane is said to be a Quran expert, having spent most of her adolescence studying at a private institute in Mbao. She is in her senior year of high school.
