According to Bild, the footballer agreed to the deal throughout the night without citing a source and is set to sign a four-year contract with Bayern.
The Bavarians, who won the league for the record 11th time last season, have been anxious to sign Kane as they try to strengthen their assault and compete for the Champions League championship once more.
Kane joined Tottenham's youth at 11 and made his senior debut in 2011. He has spent most of his career at the North London club and on loan at Leyton Orient, Millwall, Norwich City, and Leicester City.
Kane has a club record of 280 goals for Spurs in over 430 appearances in all competitions and 58 goals in 84 games for his country, making him their all-time leading marksman.
He is also the second-highest Premier League goal scorer ever, trailing Alan Shearer by 47 goals.
Bayern coach Thomas Tuchel will conduct a press conference later on Friday before the start of the German Super Cup versus RB Leipzig on Saturday. The Bundesliga season begins next week, with Bayern Munich hosting Werder Bremen on August 18.
