A prominent lawyer and lecturer Dunstan Omari praised President William Ruto for being a very distinctive leader. The lawyer compared Ruto to his immediate predecessors, Uhuru Kenyatta, Mwai Kibaki, and the late former president Daniel Arap Moi.

According to Omari, the is a committed worker whose methods are quite distinct from those of his predecessors.

Omari said that the Head of State begins reporting to his desk at least five minutes before the start of his daily duties, giving him plenty of time to closely monitor his work.

The lawyer confirmed that Mr.Ruto can oversee several tasks while being in multiple locations during the day by keeping solid time management skills.

He said that Kibaki's Cabinet members handled many of his responsibilities and that Uhuru simply made technical appearances when he was available. Omari pointed out that Ruto's administration will be very different.
