Celebrated Kenyan actress Kate Actress has disclosed that her daughter Njeri has Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD).

Kate Actress made this revelation in a recent post on her Instagram stories. A brief video clip depicted Njeri returning her toys to paper, presumably after playing with them. The award-winning actress accompanied the video with a caption, noting that the 4-year-old frequently engages in this behavior, emphasizing that it was not the first occurrence.

"Kanakuwanga na ocd 😂 always cleaning up after herself" Kate Actress wrote as a caption.

Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is indeed a mental health disorder characterized by uncontrollable and recurring thoughts, known as obsessions. Individuals with OCD also engage in repetitive behaviors as a way to cope with these persistent thoughts.

Common behaviors associated with Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) include excessive cleaning or handwashing, arranging items meticulously, and repeatedly checking things to ensure they are in order.

Reports indicate that symptoms of OCD may temporarily subside or intensify over time. When left untreated, these symptoms can escalate and significantly disrupt the individual's daily life.

It's worth noting that Kate Actress' daughter, Njeri, is currently four years old.

The little one celebrated her fourth birthday in December 2023, with parents Kate and Philip Karanja hosting an extravagant party to commemorate the milestone.

The joyous celebration occurred after Kate and Philip, also known as Phil Director, made the amicable decision to separate in September 2023. This marked the conclusion of their enduring relationship, which unfortunately proved to be unsuccessful.
