A 23-year-old woman has been taken into custody by detectives in the Kebaroti neighborhood of Kuria East on charges of killing her 3-year-old son.
On Sunday, January 28, Area Assistant Chief Joseph Senzo verified the incident, saying that the suspect had stabbed her 3-year-old child with a kitchen knife.
When detectives arrived at the scene on Sunday, they were able to confirm that 23-year-old Veronicah Nchangwa had stabbed her son in the stomach while he was sleeping at home.
