The body of a 24-year-old woman identified as Christine Nyakio, who disappeared last Friday from her home, was discovered dumped in a swamp in Ngong, Kajiado County.

"Apparently on Thursday, the kids in the apartment noted there was a man who tried to force her out of the house and that was the last time she was seen in her apartment," Anne Wanjiru, the deceased's sister, said.

Elsewhere, a mother and her two daughters, who disappeared on Monday, were found dead in Bahati, Parklands, and Machakos, respectively, with similar injuries.

The two girls, aged 11 and 22, left home on Monday evening at around 5:30 PM to search for their mother, who had gone out earlier for skin treatment in Eastleigh but had not returned home or communicated.

According to Citizen Digital, the family of Amina Abdirashid Dahir and Nusuiba Dahir arrived at the city mortuary to confirm their worst fears. They found the bodies of the two girls lying in the morgue.

“Our aunt, Warifu, went to check on her skin. They waited until 5 PM, but she had still not returned. They decided to go look for her," Sumeya Noor, cousin of the two sisters, said.

The family is crying out for speedy investigations into the murders.
