It has revealed more about the mystery surrounding the kidnapping and death of Olujobi Gbenga, also known as Omodollar, a Nigerian man, and Rachael Kanini, his Kenyan girlfriend.

Kidnappers took Gbenga prisoner on June 25, 2023. They allegedly forced him to call Kanini and tell her police had detained him following an accident close to Muthaiga.

Kanini is thought to have fallen for the fabrication and gone to aid her husband. When she arrived, she was probably put into her boyfriend's car and killed while being driven.

Their bodies were discovered in Nairobi's Kamulu area, close to Kayole. The mutilations and acid burns on the bodies gave the impression that they had been tortured.

People speculate that the killings may have resulted from a bad deal, even if the police are ignorant of this possibility.

The two were slaughtered, cruelly tortured, and their bodies were dumped, which is why. While her boyfriend's car was burned, her own was discarded in the city's Thome neighbourhood.

Before the woman was buried in Tala, Machakos County, the shocking revelation sparked an online outpouring of grief and condolences from friends, relatives, and fans.

The remains looked to have been tortured and killed elsewhere before being transported to the spot and burned, according to police who responded to the scene.

According to Nairobi police chief Adamson Bungei, an investigation is being conducted to determine who committed the murder and its purpose.
